Owner, President

Brian has owned and operated SFC for the past 30 years.  He is a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in accounting.  He has the professional designations of CFP® , Certified Financial Planner; ChFC, Chartered Financial Consultant; and CLU, Chartered Life Underwriter.  Recently Brian was recognized for having been a member of the Financial Planner's Association of Illinois for 36 years. These designations show his dedication to being a true professional in the investment field.  Brian has also been a member, and past president of the Mt. Prospect Rotary Club for more than 30 years.  He resides in Mt. Prospect with his wife Grace.  

Director of Operations

Cindy joined Synergistic Financial Center in 2017 as Director of Operations. She has an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from Valparaiso University. Cindy has 20 years of experience working for major companies like GE, CitiGroup and NEC Financial Services. She also is a licensed producer in Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, skiing, and boating in Wisconsin. She resides in Hoffman Estates with her family.

Investment Research Intern

Brian joined Synergistic Financial Center in 2021 as an Investment Research Intern and is currently a Freshman at Marquette University studying Finance. He played hockey for the Hoffman Estates Wolf Pack, races for the Lake Beulah Sailing Team and teaches at Geneva Lake Sailing School. Brian enjoys being outdoors. In his spare time during the winter, he likes to ski out west. Also, he is a fan of the Blackhawks and Packers. Brian resides in Barrington with his family. 

Amanda joined the Synergistic Financial Center in 2023 as an intern, bringing her valuable skills and knowledge to the team. Currently pursuing a Finance major with minors in Marketing and Psychology at Grand Canyon University in Arizona, Amanda's academic achievements, including her presence on the Dean's List, demonstrate her dedication and commitment to excellence. Amanda's leadership skills were fostered during her time as the captain of her high school varsity volleyball team. Her experience in this role has honed her ability to motivate and inspire others, making her an invaluable asset to the team at Synergistic Financial Center. Outside of her professional pursuits, Amanda enjoys exploring new destinations, spending quality time with her loved ones, and actively engaging in volunteer work. These interests reflect her well-rounded nature and her commitment to making a positive impact on both her personal and professional communities.
